Madison County circuit judges Dugan, Mudge, Crowder, Ruth and Matoesian have law cases scheduled on the civil docket for Dec. 27-Jan. 4. However, Crowder and Matoesian's dockets will be handled by other judges. Crowder retired earlier this month and Matoesian has been off the bench since Labor Day.
