Three Edwardsville attorneys will become partners of the national defense firm Foley & Mansfield at the beginning of the new year.
On Jan. 1, Carla C. Storm will become an equity partner. Attorneys Jennifer A. Jumper and John I. Schaberg will become non-equity partners.

Storm, Jumper and Schaberg are three of 24 employees who received a promotion in the firm throughout the nation.
Chicago’s Stephen R. Vedova and Joseph P. Rejano were promoted to equity partners as well as Elizabeth Sorenson Brotten of Minneapolis, Nicholas B. Bunnell of Kansas City, Scott C. Holmes and Gregory M. Meihn of Detroit, Louis C. Klein of Los Angeles and Brian Smith of Seattle.
The attorneys who were promoted to non-equity partners include Jaime A. Alvarez and Eduardo J. Medina of Miami, E. Timothy Assouad and Kevin J. Newton of St. Louis, Diane C. Babbitt of Portland and Brittany Young Kenis of Kansas City.
Cameron A. Lallier and Ailana T. McIntosh of Minneapolis, B. Kyle Morley of Tampa Bay, Peter M. Mularczyk of Los Angeles and Dustin J. Priebe of Denver were also promoted.
