BELLEVILLE — A driver who ran a red light and caused an injury collision on Frank Scott Parkway in St. Clair County is facing a negligence claim. Ryan Hetman filed a complaint Sept. 14 in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for St. Clair County against Zachary Taylor alleging negligence.Hetman was driving a Honda Passport on Frank Scott Parkway on Jan. 2, 2020, according to his complaint.
