Brazos Student Finance Corporation as assignee of Richland State Bank filed a lawsuit May 29 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jamie Lynn Aaron of Belleville, claiming default of an original loan agreement dating to March 2012. According to the filing, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff’s Assignor, Richland State Bank.

Gloria Crisp filed a lawsuit on May 1 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Lucas McCarty, claiming negligence in a November 2013 incident that allegedly resulted in personal injuries to the plaintiff.
