Nakia Price brought a complaint in St. Clair County Circuit Court May 21 against Willie McIntosh and Lady Nan Inc. of East St. Louis, Illinois, claiming negligence in a September 2013 incident. According to the filing, the plaintiff was on the defendant’s premises at 3793 St. Clair Avenue in East St. Louis on Sept. 8, 2013.
