EDWARDSVILLE — A woman claims she tripped on a piece of rebar from a concrete parking bumper at the Secretary of State's Office in East Alton and suffered injuries.
EDWARSVILLE — The Village of East Alton is facing a suit from a woman alleging she tripped on a broken sidewalk and suffered injuries. Joyce Smith filed a complaint Jan. 29 in the Third Judicial Circuit for Madison County against the Village of East Alton. According to her complaint, Smith was walking north on Victory Drive in East Alton on March 17, 2020.
EDWARDSVILLE — A woman who allegedly fell down a staircase at an East Alton property and fractured her ankle is claiming the homeowner and tenant were negligent.
