A St. Clair County insurance company is asking to be reimbursed for a claim it allegedly paid for a crash involving an uninsured driver.Progressive Northern Insurance Co., as subrogee of Jarrod Fitzpatrick, filed a lawsuit Sept. 22 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against David Sunde.According to the complaint, Fitzpatrick was driving on Plainfield Road in Crest Hill in Will County in August 2012
