Dale Williams Trucking sued over Route 140 accident

A Montgomery County trucking company is being sued after one of its drivers allegedly crashed into another car in Alton.Marcus A. Kennedy filed a lawsuit Nov. 15 in Madison County Circuit Court against Dale Williams Trucking Inc. and John S. Rickett.Kennedy was driving east on Illinois Route 140 in November 2011, according to the complaint. Kennedy says Rickett, working for Dale Williams Trucking,
