CMC set in case involving girl's fall from fireman’s pole at playground

Madison County Circuit Judge William Mudge has scheduled a case management conference for Oct. 30 at 9 a.m. for a lawsuit against Lilypad Learning Center alleging a minor girl fell from a fireman’s pole, causing her to break her arm.
