EDWARDSVILLE -- An estate executor alleges a care center neglected a patient, causing her to suffer severe sepsis.

BELLEVILLE – Timothy McGary filed a lawsuit in the St. Clair County Circuit Court on Feb. 13 regarding the alleged lack of professional care he received at a Belleville hospital.

BELLEVILLE – Armstrong Pumps and 31 additional manufacturers and distributors of products allegedly containing asbestos fibers have been sued in the St. Clair County Circuit Court by Sandra Dewyer, individually and as special administrator of the estate of Sammy Dewyer, who died of lung cancer in Feb. 6, 2018.

BELLEVILLE – A lawsuit filed in St. Clair County Circuit Court claims a driver crossed the center line on Randolph County Line Road near Township Line Road, causing severe injuries.

EDWARDSVILLE – Kathy H. Thomas filed a lawsuit in the 3d District Circuit Court of Madison County on Feb. 27 to recover damages from Chontella M. Smith, whose vehicle collided with the plaintiff's car while both were driving in Wood River on April 13, 2017.
