Bar sued for serving liquor to woman who drove into house

A Madison County woman is suing a bar for serving alcohol that led to a drunk driving accident involving a house. Myrtle Kirk, the plaintiff, filed suit Sept. 4 in Madison County’s Third Judicial Circuit Court against defendants D.J.’s Bar and Grill Inc. and Debra Lovell, the holder of the bar’s liquor license.
