The National Collegiate Student Loan Trust has filed suit against a woman whom it alleges failed to repay her student loans.The trust alleges it lent defendant Cheryl Lawrence $53,788.61. KatzmanPop's Saloon in East St. Louis is facing a lawsuit after allegedly serving a patron too much alcohol, which led to another patron being attacked. Dustin Walter filed a suit Dec. 4 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Pop’s Saloon and Music, which is owned by Mega Leasing Corporation Inc. According to the complaint on Oct. 28, Walter was in Pop’s Saloon when another patron, Jacob Maupin,
