Argosy Casino in Alton A Belleville woman who fell in the Alton Belle Casino parking lot on Oct. 12, 2003, filed suit in Madison County Circuit Court seeking in excess of $50,000 for injuries she allegedly sustained.
Falling linoleum roll causes customer's 'internal derangement'
Delores Yancey filed suit against Home Depot in Madison County Circuit Court Sept. 21 alleging injuries from a falling linoleum roll.
Strip club patron sues for restroom injury
David Farley of Granite City is suing Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, claiming a piece of wood that "fell from above" in the men's room injured him in "diverse and numerous" ways.

Locklear Electric of Wood River has filed its fourth class action lawsuit in Madison County Circuit Court this year, again alleging that unsolicited faxes it received unfairly used its paper, toner ink and electricity.
