  • Locklear claims My Overhead “willfully” sent or caused to be sent unsolicited fax advertisements, and therefore is liable for $1,500 in damages for each separate unsolicited fax sent. Locklear and each member of the class are seeking damages under $75,000.

  • Fisher claims he was exposed to welding fumes that contained manganese from products sold by the defendants which led to him developing Parkinson’s Disease. Fisher is seeking damages in excess of $500,000.
