BELLEVILLE — A woman sued another driver after he allegedly crashed into her vehicle on Highway 159.
Breezalynn J. Becker filed the complaint on June 18 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Kevin Burling, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Burling hit Becker’s vehicle from behind while she stopped at a red light in Fairview Heights.
As a result, Becker claims she suffers from serious injuries to her head, neck, back, hip, arms and shoulders.
Becker requests a jury trial and damages of more than $50,000.
She is represented by Tarun B. Rana in St. Louis.
