Suit alleges Marcal Rope & Rigging failed to make payments

EDWARDSVILLE — A supplier claims a company failed to pay in full for delivered goods.

Alliance Industries LLC filed a complaint April 17 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Marcal Rope & Rigging Inc., alleging the company failed to perform its obligations under the agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it delivered merchandise to the defendant for a total cost of $90,088.38. After deducting payments of $30,100, the balance of $59,988.38 remains due, the suit states.

The plaintiff alleges Marcal Rope & Rigging failed to pay the amount due.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $62,552.17, plus accruing fees and costs of court.
