A Randolph County man is suing over claims he was injured when his car was rear-ended on Lebanon Avenue in Swansea.Patrick B. Zweigart filed a lawsuit Aug. 6 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Bradley J. Environmental groups seeking Syngenta documents in settled $105 million case denied at 7th Circuit
