SPRINGFIELD - Patrick King of the Miller King firm in Alton will fill the vacancy Circuit Judge Stephen Stobbs created by retiring.

“I am honored and humbled for this opportunity to serve as a circuit judge,” King said. “It’s my plan to be fair, impartial and independent by being a faithful public servant for all citizens. I’m excited and grateful for this opportunity to serve in the judiciary.”
