The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois reported the following activities in the suit brought by Dunkley against Afscme on March 3.

'Sborder Regarding Plaintiff's Motion For Idhs To Provide The Home Addresses For Ganapathi Ramswamy And Scott Viniard Under Seal (doc. 345). Plaintiff Argues Said Addresses Are Necessary For Her To Serve Subpoenas On Those Witnesses For The Jury Trial, Scheduled For May 1, 2023, And To Accurately Calculate Their Travel Expenses. Plaintiff Notes That Idhs, In Its Disclosures Under Federal Rule Of Civil Procedure 26(a)(3), Gave Its Attorney's Address As The Contact Address For These Named Witnesses. However, The Witness' Home Addresses Were Not Listed In The Rule 26(a)(3) Disclosures, And Idhs Indicates Those Witnesses Are No Longer Employed By Idhs. (doc. 343). At This Juncture, Idhs Is Not Responsible For Accepting Service For Or Disclosing The Home Addresses Of Ramswamy And Viniard. Further, The Court Notes That Plaintiff Could Have Obtained The Addresses At Issue In Discovery, And Plaintiff Still Has Adequate Time Before Trial To Locate And Serve The Witnesses She Seeks, With Subpoenas, Through Conventional Means. For These Reasons, Plaintiff's Motion Is Denied. Signed By Judge David W. Dugan On 3/3/2023. (jnh)this Text Entry Is An Order Of The Court. No Further Documentation Will Be Mailed. However, Afscme Local 2600 Did Not Disclose The Home Addresses Of The Witnesses. Further, Afscme Local 2600 Has Been Terminated And, As Such, Is No Longer A Party To The Case.
