In the “Intentional Act Exclusion” chapter of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE®) , Commercial and Professional Liability Insurance, 2019 Edition, Patrick Cloud and Greg Flatt write about several applications of the Intentional Act Exclusion along with the difficulties that can arise in cases involving professional services.
IICLE® serves as a provider of continuing legal education in the State of Illinois, and its initiatives have often served as a model for other continuing education providers across the nation.
