Leasing company alleges DM Hauling owes more than $50,000

BELLEVILLE —A leasing company is suing a client for breach of contract alleging the client owes more than $50,000.

Falcon Leasing, a division of Falcon National Bank, filed a complaint on May 6 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Demarcus R. Mitchell, individually and doing business as DM Hauling, alleging breach of contract.

The suit states that Falcon Leasing and DM Hauling entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff agreed to issue financing to the defendant. The defendant would then make 48 monthly payments in the amount of $1,929.68 each. The plaintiff alleges DM Hauling was negligent in making the payments and is now indebted to Falcon Leasing for the balance of $50,282.04.

The plaintiff is seeking relief owed, court costs, attorneys' fees, and other relief deemed fit. The plaintiff is represented by Andrew W. Hall of Beckett Law Office PC in Urbana, Ill.
