BELLEVILLE — An Illinois man claims he suffered serious injuries when a blocker truck ran into him while he worked on a road construction project.

William Vos filed a complaint April 24 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against B Line Incorporated and Right Way Traffic Control Inc., alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Vos was employed as a union teamster Sept. 24, 2018, for a road construction project on Interstate Highway 255 in St. Clair County.
