Rental company alleges client owes nearly $171,000

BELLEVILLE — A company that leases equipment is suing a client, alleging failure to pay nearly $171,000.

Jack Doheny Companies Inc., filed a complaint April 3 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Supplied Industries Solutions Inc., and Steve Brock, alleging breach of a rental contract, 

The suit states Supplied Industries and Brock entered into a lease agreement with Doheny Companies for the use of certain equipment. The plaintiff alleges it has fulfilled its obligations to the defendant but Supplied Industries has failed to pay the sums owed, which total $170,780.92.

Jack Doheny Companies seeks $189,406.82, including interest and court costs. It is represented by attorney Kevin E. Posen of Teller, Levit & Silvertrust PC in Chicago.
