BELLEVILLE — A Belleville woman claims she was injured when she slipped and fell in a bathroom.

Alisa Arnold filed a complaint Dec. 13 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against RSA Avanti Magna LLC, Varsity Contractors Inc. and CBRE Inc., alleging they negligently failed to properly manage, maintain and control its premises in Belleville.

According to the complaint, on March 14, 2017, Arnold was an employee of One Advantage LLC  and was lawfully in the building at 7650 Magna Drive in Belleville, which is owned and/or operated by the defendants. Arnold claims she slipped and fell with great force in the breakroom, leading to serious and significant injuries to her knees, legs, feet, back and other parts of her body.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to keep the premises reasonably safe for use of other persons lawfully on the property and failed to give adequate warning of the dangerous condition.

Arnold seeks trial by jury, judgment greater than $50,000, plus court costs. She is represented by attorney Steven A. Katzman of Katzman & Sugden LLC in Belleville.
