EDWARDSVILLE — A woman claims she was injured while jumping on a trampoline at a recreational complex.

Erika Storey filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in the Madison County Circuit Court against ATPE, alleging negligence.

The plaintiff alleges that on April 8, 2017, she was jumping on a trampoline when she was struck and injured by another customer.

The plaintiff holds ATPE responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide adequate monitoring, supervision and management of its trampoline customers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for a sum exceeding $50,000, plus costs.

She is represented by Brian M. Wendler, Angie Zinzilieta and Paul E.H. Rademacher of Wendler Law PC in Edwardsville.
