EDWARDSVILLE — A Madison County resident is accused of failing to make payments on a loan.
BioReference Laboratories Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in Madison County Circuit Court against Jonathan Keller, alleging he failed to pay off a loan.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided a $50,000 loan to the defendant. As a result of the defendant's termination and pursuant to acceleration clause in the agreement, the plaintiff now seeks to collect the loan balance plus all accrued interest.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks award for all amounts due under the agreement with interest. He is represented by Jennifer Chierek Znosko of Littler Mendelson PC in St. Louis.
