EDWARDSVILLE — A motorist is suing another driver for allegedly causing a collision near a CVS Pharmacy in Highland.

Dustin Bray filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in Madison County Circuit Court against Annette Anderson, alleging she did not operate her vehicle with due regard for the safety of others.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was traveling south on Illinois Highway 143 in Highland when the defendant made a left hand turn and collided with his vehicle. 

The plaintiff alleges Anderson did not keep a proper lookout and failed to yield to his car. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in his favor for an amount of not less than $50,000, plus costs of this action. He is represented by Brian M. Wendler, Angie Zinzilieta and Paul E. H. Rademacher of Wendler Law PC in Edwardsville.
