BELLEVILLE — A limousine passenger s suing the company following a crash in East St. Louis.
Melanie McDaniel filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Pecoraro Limousines LLC and an unidentified driver.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she was a passenger in the limousine when the driver hit a parked car. She claims she suffered injuries resulting in severe pain, suffering, disability, medical expenses and lost wages, the complaint states.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants in a fair amount exceeding $50,000, plus costs. She is represented by Lloyd M. Cueto and Michael Gras of Law Office of Lloyd M. Cueto in Belleville.
