BELLEVILLE — A multi-vehicle accident on Illinois Route 15 has prompted a lawsuit against three motorists.
Jennifer Burlison filed a complaint on July 13 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Gregory Castelli, Oliver C. Joseph Inc., Jessica Moore and Crystal Osorio, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Castelli hit one of the defendant's vehicles, which hit another defendant's vehicle that rear-ended Burlison. Castelli was working for Oliver C. Joseph Inc. at the time of the accident, the complaint states. Burlison claims she suffered injuries to her neck, back and shoulder in the February accident.
Burlison requests a jury trial and damages against each defendant. She is represented by Thomas C. Rich, Kristina D. Cooksey and Michelle M. Rich of Rich, Rich & Cooksey in Fairview Heights.
