EDWARDSVILLE — Two motorcycle riders blame the Agency for Community Transit and a driver for causing an accident.
Richard Wooley and Patricia Lehr filed a complaint on July 18 in Madison County Circuit Court against the Agency for Community Transit and Marchelle Davis over the 2017 accident.
According to the complaint, Davis attempted to turn left when it collided into Wooley and Leher at the intersection of Edwardsville Road and Wood River Avenue. They sustained severe injuries.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $50,000. They are represented by Samuel Mormino Jr. of Mormino Velloff & Snider in Alton.
