EDWARDSVILLE – Town & Country Bank, formerly known as The Edge Bank, filed a complaint on June 21 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Hutson & Associates Inc., Aaron P. Hutson and Sara D. Hutson alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between 2009 and 2011, the plaintiff provided three loans to defendants in the total amount of $450,000. On Jan. 21, 2015, the parties entered into a modification and extension agreement, which combined the three notes into a new loan in the principal amount of $282,644.80, the suit states.
After all credits and deductions, the sum of $256,689.79 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the total amount of $285,868.48, plus attorney fees, costs and expenses. It is represented by George E. Marron III of George E. Marron III, Attorney at Law in Highland.
