Passenger sues over collision on Homer Adams Parkway

Car accident 40

EDWARDSVILLE – A passenger in a vehicle involved in a collision on Homer Adams Parkway is seeking more than $50,000 in damages for his injuries.

Tyler Graf filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Thomas L. Fierge, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 14, 2014, he was a passenger in a motor vehicle traveling on Homer Adams Parkway when Fierge improperly merged into his driver's lane of travel and collided with the vehicle in which he was riding.

As a result, Graf claims he sustained serious injuries to his head, neck, back and spine.

The plaintiff alleges Fierge failed to maintain careful lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and failed to stop, reduce speed or swerve to avoid collision.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $50,000 and any further relief as the court may deem just and proper.

He is represented by R. Tyson Mutrux of The Mutrux Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
