BELLEVILLE – A financial institution alleges it is owed for a home equity line of credit.
Regions Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jamie Gaugler and Mark Gaugler alleging that the borrowers failed to fulfill their obligations under the terms of the contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 20, the defendant executed a promissory note in favor of plaintiff for the sum of $108,589.50 for a home equity line of credit. The plaintiff alleges that the Florida property was foreclosed and there is now a deficiency balance due.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the amount of $96,829.66, plus costs of the action and interest. It is represented by Bleecker, Brodey & Andrews in Indianapolis.
