COLLINSVILLE — A truck hauling manager is suing Prairie Farms Dairy and its employee, alleging they unfairly interfered with his employment.

Ryan N. Sommer filed a lawsuit Aug. 29 in Madison County Circuit Court against Prairie Farms Dairy Inc. and Gary Lee, alleging lost wages and the inability to purchase the trucking company that he had worked for.

According to the complaint, the defendants requested that Sommer be terminated or Prairie Farm Dairy would not continue doing business with the trucking company that employed Sommer.

Sommer seeks trial by jury, judgment of more than $50,000, plus costs of suit. He is represented by attorney Christopher B. Daniels of Daniels Law Firm PC in Salem.
