A woman says she was rear-ended by a distracted driver in Bethalto.
Karen D. Warren filed a lawsuit Oct. 31 in Madison County Circuit Court against Joan K. Huck.
Warren claims she was driving on Prairie Street in November 2011 when she was hit from behind by a car driven by Huck. Warren accuses Huck of negligence for driving distracted. She asks for more than $50,000 in damages for lost wages, medical expenses and court costs.
