A Chicago bank that won a judgement in a Missouri court is asking for that judgment to be enforced in Madison County.
BMO Harris Bank filed a registration of foreign judgment in Madison County Circuit Court Oct. 16 against Summit Convenient Construction Management LLC.
According to the petition, BMO Harris Bank won its lawsuit against Summit Convenient Construction Management in October in the St. Louis Circuit Court. The amount awarded was more than $66,000 and allegedly remains outstanding.
BMO Harris Bank asks that the judgment be registered and enforced in Madison County.
The bank is represented by attorney Sarah Vatterott Minton of St. Louis.
