Former Madison County Recorder of Deeds Daniel Donohoo has been appointed as a commissioner of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission by Gov. Pat Quinn.
After completing legally-required training, Donohoo will be assigned a panel and hearing sites.
Donohoo holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southern lllinois University, and a juris doctor degree from Cooley Law School.
He served as the Madison County Recorder of Deeds for 21 years, and operated his own accounting firm for 17 years.
