Sivia, along with his wife, Rebecca, are local residents of Edwardsville. A long-time resident of Alton, Illinois, and graduate of Alton High School, he is the son of Wayne and Marcia Sivia, owners of the family-run business Royal Office Products, Inc.
Sivia attended Lewis and Clark Community College where he received an Associates Degree in Science. He then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration before obtaining his Law Degree from Saint Louis University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
The law firm is located at 2110 Troy Road, Suite I, next to Sylvan Learning Center in the Hyten Building off of Illinois Route 159.
