Robards claims she sustained serious and permanent injuries on Jan. 8, 2004, when Burgess allegedly collided with her at the intersection of North Main and Route 159 in Edwardsville. Robards is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

Welchlen claims she tripped over a parking block on June 1, 2004, at 1305 Main in Highland which caused serious and permanent injuries. Welchlen is seeking at least $50,000 in damages plus costs of the suit.
