New Lawsuits: Friday, Sept. 9

Shirley Novitske, special administrator of the estate of Francis Novitske v. John Chanasue et.al.

  • Novitske alleges that the defendants failed to treat Francis’ invasive ulcerated squamous carcinoma that was present at tissue margins of the skin shave biopsy specimen. Novitske is seeking at least $350,000 in damages.

  • The Cusumanos claim they were injured on June 24, when Clayton allegedly collided with them on Illinois Route 143. The Cusumanos are seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
