  • Shaw claims her husband died in February because he was allegedly exposed to benzene and benzene-containing products while working as an airline mechanic from 1976-2003, which led to him being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in August of 2003. Shaw is seeking at least $200,000 in damages.

  • The Allens claim that Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis failed to diagnose B-12 and Thiamin deficiencies after a gastric bypass surgery which were the cause of their son, Warren Jr.'s, difficulty ambulating and numbness in his hands and feet. The Allens are seeking damages in excess of $200,000.

  • Holiday Hospitality is seeking to have a judgment enforced that was entered in DeKalb County, Ga. against the defendants in the amount of $144,442.31 in compensatory damages, $16,540.38 in attorney fees and $20,711.54 in interest.

    Penny Harley and Rodney James Madison v. Mark Flaugher and Buske Lines

  • Harley claims she was driving a tractor trailer for Schneider National Carriers on Aug. 26, 2003, when Flaugher, who was driving a tractor trailer for Buske, collided with her on I-70 near Route F in Montgomery County Mo., injuring herself and her passenger, Madison. The plaintiffs are each seeking damages in excess of $250,000.

    Brandy Redwine and Stacey Meyer v. Cassens Transport Company

  • The plaintiffs claim they were seriously injured when an employee for Cassens collided with them on June 27, 2003, on I-255 near Koch Road in St. Louis County. Redwine and Meyer are each seeking damages in excess of $50,000 plus costs of the suit.
