  • Strenge alleges that Schultz sexually assaulted her on several occasions while attending church functions. Strenge is seeking at least $400,000 in damages.

  • Jones Act: Ellis claims he suffered disabling injuries on Aug. 16, 2002, while working as a relief mate on the M/V Leslie B. Ellis is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Sanders alleges the U-Haul he rented in Florida was unreasonably dangerous as the steering mechanism failed to work in a proper manner, causing him to crash on I-24 on Aug. 5, 2004. Sanders is seeking damages in excess of $450,000 in damages.
