Matthew Donithan, indivdually, and as parent and next friend of Meagan Donithan, a minor v. Daniel Roller, and The Alton and Southern Railway Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad

  • Donithan claims he and his daughter were seriously injured on July 11, 2003, when Roller allegedly attempted to make a U-turn in front of his car in front of a railroad crossing. Donithan is seeking at least $300,000 in damages for the injuries he and Meagan allegedly sustained.
