  • Petschonek claims that he was exposed to manganese-containing welding fumes which resulted in neurological injuries and claims that the defendants intentionally and recklessly concealed and misrepresented the health hazards of manganese in welding fumes. Petschoneks, of St. Louis County, are seeking damages in excess of $4.9 million plus costs of the suit.
