  • The Von Hovens allege Farmer Environmental Services, LLC breached its contract of Mar. 27, when they failed to adequately cover and protect their roof from rain damage. The Von Hovens seek damagesof $76,617.62 to home and property, and any further relief as the Court sees fit; plus all costs.
