Locklear Electric v. National Association of Preferred Providers

  • Locklear claims that prior to Feb. 17, the NAPP sent one (1) unsolicited fax in violation of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Locklear is seeking damages under $5,000,000 total for the entire class or $1,500 in damages for each separate violation.

    Dominique Thomas v. Teddy Snyder

  • In Nov. 2003, Thomas alleges Snyder collided with her at Oakwood & Toledo streets in Alton, causing serious injuries. Thomas is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.
