The Friederichs also allege that Bailey coerced the decedent, in his weakened mental state, into changing his insurance policy from the Friederichs as the primary beneficiaries, to herself as the primary beneficiary. The Friederichs pray for a judgment of at least $50,000, all court costs, and request to be the lawful beneficiaries of the insurance policy.
