Shirley Keasling and Jeffrey Tervasi v. Kimberly Brandt and Elena Brandt

  • Keasling claims that Brandt collided into her vehicle on March 5, 2003, while traveling south on Route 159 near Route 140 in Madison County. Keasling is seeking at least $100,000 for injuries, medical expenses, and lost wages.

  • On May 9, 2004, Dehne alleges while traveling as a passenger in Creekpaum's vehicle on Route 140 at the Geiger Road intersection in Alhambra, Parker collided into the vehicle in which she was riding. Dehne is seeking a judgment of at least $100,000 in damages.

  • Boyles claims that Martinez failed to pay $53,431 in damages from an automobile accident that occured on Feb. 1, 2003. By terms of the policy, Shelter Insurance Companies paid Boyles $53,431 to indemnify her loss. Because Martinez was at fault in the accident, Shelter Insurance Companies requests reimbursement from Martinez in amount of $53,431 and all costs.

  • Cawvey claims on April 4, 2003 in the West Commercial Court in Glen Carbon, Dickerson backed out of a parking space into her vehicle. Cawvey is seeking at least $50,000 to $75,000 for multiple injuries and medical costs.
