  • Bal Metals International, Inc. claims the two fires on Oct. 26 and Oct. 27, 2003, destroyed a deposited amount of lead that was stored at a Granite City warehouse controlled by The Delivery Network, Inc. Bal Metals is seeking a judgment of $83,675.37 in property damage, plus court costs.

    Luke Myrick v. Teco Barge Line

  • Myrick claims he was injured on Dec. 30, 2003, during the course of employment on a tow boat owned by Teco Barge Line while afloat on the Ohio River near Mount Vernon, Ind. Myrick claims his injuries were a result of unsafe working conditions. He is seeking at least $50,000.
