Jodi Fox v. David Pratt and James Pitman

  • Fox claims he was standing on the shoulder behind his tractor-trailer on Stolle Road in St. Clair County when Pratt lost control of his car and rear-ended Pitman's car, parked behind Fox's trailer, pinning Fox between the two vehicles. 04 L 951
